jujurnya, MZ bukan pengamal supplement/makanan tambahan pun sblm2 ni...tp ada jugaklah kdg2 mkn vit c tapi tak regular mana pun...mr hubby suka mkn supplement esp vit c sbb dia memang ada masalah selsema (mcm resdung) yg selalu on off
ni vit c yg memang selalu ada atas meja kat rumah MZ ni..utk mr hubby and boys...MZ plak prefer mkn limau hahahah sbb tu kan natural vit c intake, dan MZ memang pemakan sayur - i eat almost all vegetables
ni baru 1st time beli...kapsul habbatussauda'...lom start mkn lg...
ni MZ baru start mkn...sacha inchi oil(seed oil)--sbb terpengaruh dgn my fren, she said she took this and her cholesterol level berjaya diturunkan...MZ punya choles...last year masa check-up, ratenya on the border...so tak tahu berapa now latest level/rate sbb lab uia tak bg buat/hold regular check-up dgn alasan pandemic...
