Cheat day

MZ jenis yg senang naik berat badan ie can gain weight easily if makan tak beringat....lgpun usia dh 40s, metabolisme dh menurun, tak mcm usia 20s or 30s

so what I do now..masa weekday, MZ try to limit carbo intake..then masa weekend ie sabtu ahad kira cheat day ie MZ mkn normal menu ie MZ makanlah nasi/mee goreng/kuetiaw/biskut or air manis...so far kira terkawal lah/maintain berat bdn MZ..tapi tak de nya nak lose weight kaw2...sbb if nak reduce weight nak jdkan 55 kilos (ni target MZ tapi lom achieve lagi--actually 55kilos ni berat badan MZ masa lps bersalinkan zharfan many2 years ago...), memang kena diet extreme (cthnya buat atkins full mode) dan exercise jugak sikit sebanyak..lom gigih lg buat masa ni

ari ni MZ ada 3 jam kelas (wfh) mcm biasa...razeen punya kelas dh setel pukul 9.15 am tadi ie teacher syamil call for VC english reading then razeen practice baca iqra dgn mama

Samalah dengan saya. Dah umur2 kilauan emas ni, makan sikit pun badan tetap naik.
