Sedap tapi...

lumrah makanan2 kat dunia ni..majority yg sedap2 bukannya mknn yg sihat..

kalau dlm fasa diet or eat clean..byk benda nak kena let go..tak leh nak mkn..
tp MZ dh lama tak diet proper..setakat mkn with caution jer (ie jaga portion)
so ni benda yg MZ sukaaa tp in terms of calorie count memang tak lulus lah sbb rasanya round 500-600 calorie ni utk this meal..tp dh 'termkn' pun :p kalori tinggi sbb noodle tu made of wheat (considered processed food)..and soup tu of courselah ada segala mak nenek bahan perisa, garam etc...a big NO-NO kalau nak lose weight
