Truth hurts

just sharing hasil lawatan singkat to CAP Penang...our daily food sgt byk gula/garam/bahan pengawet/chemical
hard to avoid..tp bila kita consume/mkn/minum dlm keadaan kita mengetahui fakta ie apa yg kita masukkan dlm bdn kita, at least kita beringat2 dari segi kuantiti dan sedaya mungkin mencari healthier and safe alternatives gitu

opis CAP ni kat umah banglo corner lot--NGO kan..

ni antara mknn harian my family tp ingredientnya memang not that healthy..:( i did beli wholemal bread selang-seli tp my kids tak suka so selalu buang jer sblm abis sbb dh expired..



MZ beli byk gak time join contest F&N raya ari tu and bwk balik kg..memang consciously tahu dan sedar soft drinks memang 99% gula bahan2nya

majority of us pakai cosmetics kan...keperluan diri--at least shpwer gel/sabun mandi, facial cleanser, bedak dan lipstick (yg paling basic)

one of killers kat msia...strok..nauzubillah


ayam jer yg mampu kita mkn dgn kerap sbg pilihan lauk2 sbb ikan dan seafood lg mahal dari ayam..



lately MZ try masak kat umah sekerap mungkin (sbb memang tahu kalau beli tapau, kita tak sure tahap hygeine dan bhn2 yg digunakan esp garam gula msg etc), kurangkan kekerapan fast food..big non no for sosej..tp tu lah...memang kdg2 beli gak fries dan nugget simpan dlm fridge utk goreng2 mkn2 satu family as snacking sambil tgk tv/lepak2 santai
