Antara aerobic, corset & slimming centre

Alhamdulillah, last week, dh 2 kelas me attend aerobic--memang kelas aerobic yg me attend tu twice a week. sejam for one class, bayaran RM60 permonth. instructor bertauliah. kelas yg me join ni diadakan dlm UIA, venue kat female sports complex. convenient sbb boleh terus mandi lps siap aerobic--berpeluh2 kan :)

ada apa dgn aerobic sebenarnya?? nak lose weight? WELL, tu memang one of main reasons lah, tapi sebab2 lain ialah--for health and fitness--sbb bila kita exercise regularly, badan akan rasa fit, stamina kuat, rasa sihat, imunity badan akan increase sbb sweating akan mengeluarkan toksin2 melalui peluh ..me baca scientific research tau psl aerobic and exercise  :) :)

anyway, CORSET?? well...another good method jugak, but again, rasanya tak de makna gak kalau pakai corset tanpa kawal makan and tak exercise langsung :) buat keje umah sampai berpeluh2 pun kira exercise gak, cuma kena konsisten and regularly done for a specific period of time :) personally, the way i look at it..pakai korset kena consistent gak, and any corset pun sama jer functionnya ie utk jdkan bdn fit and control agar tak leh mkn byk2 sbb akan jd tak selesa...so far belum plak terbaca clinical/scientific research psl corset...other than testimoni ---yg mana effectnya berlainan dari one individual to another

slimming center? why not, kalau mampu kan..of course the cost depends on tahap lemak dlm badan...but again, kalau pegi slimming centre tanpa ikut plan pemakanan yg dicdgkan, tak de makna gak

ok, pendek kata, kesihatan adalah segala2nya--berlebihan berat badan tandanya tak sihat..and being fit & healthy akan jadikan kita lebih confidents (and senang nak pakai apa jenis baju pun)

note : berazam utk dptkan berat badan ideal mcm dulu2 :)

  2. MZ- aerobic di UIA tu setiap hari apa? Kak aya tgh cari tpt aerobic jugak ni sekitar selayang dan gombak.kalau nak join kelas MZ tu lps raya ni, masih boleh ke?

    ai pernah jumpa dietician, dia tak galakkan pakai korset tu. Bersenam itu YA!! :-)
