bila dh jejak umur 40s, berat badan MZ macam pyh nak turun(lemak tepu) dan if mkn tak jaga, terus mencanak naik beratnya
awal tahun ni, MZ mcm naik few kilos, so dh jd tak selesa dan baju/skirt byk jd fit/ketat
nak tak nak, kena do something
tp tu lah, kena azam dan komitment yg tinggi
akhirnya, MZ terpengaruh utk join satu diet program--pengaruh dari kwn FB merangkap my coursemate masa kat UIA dulu..dia recommend suruh join (sbb dia dh joined dan it worked for her), lgpun short term jer, ie to be exact, 2 week challenge..the challenge is over pun masa MZ tulis entry ni...
masa week 1, kena prepare utk follow strict meal plan for week 2, so the real challenge is masa week 2
anyway, ni some of the related pictures masa 2 week MZ in the program (online based), feesnya RM100 for 2 weeks, handled by a coach (nutritionist) dan ada facilitator dan support group (whatsapp, telegram dan facebook)...actually, memang ada sgt byk diet coaching etc yg berbayar ni...antara nak join dan tak jer :) free info psl diet/meal plan pun merata2 if kita google
ni antara benda yg MZ mkn masa week 1 ie sebelum real challenge (ie week2)...starting day 1 week 1, dh tak boleh mkn apa2 yg white based ie tak leh amik white rice/white pasta/white bread etc...dan portion mknn yg sepatutnya dimkn, satu portion carbo dan 5 portion vege+fruits...dlm gmbr ni, MZ mkn spageti wholemeal, timun, salad, epal hijau, pear dan yoghurt
ni 1st time MZ beli brown rice dan wholemeal spageti (asbab join diet program tu)
tak mau lah tulis pnjg2 psl diet/clean eating...now let's citer psl craving...lps abih 2 week meal plan tu..MZ sgt2 craving few stuff...antaranya....churros hahahah
so dh setel mkn pun churros ni masa ari isnin 20/2/23, MZ mkn 2 pieces laaaa...siap google2 lg berapa jumlah calorie...each stick of churros contain around 100-150 + calorie depending on size, so MZ mkn 2 pcs, tu dh around 250-300 calories roughly....moga2 tak regain all the lost weight laaaa

Betul, berat senang nak naik susuah nak turun. Me and hubby nak start balik exercise atau jalan2 sekelililg tasik dekat rumah.
Ok churros tu I pun suka. hehe.
@ezz : i pun nak kena cari masa jugak utk buat light exercise ni ;)
