Dilema

jadual kehidupan yg padat..
usia dh late 30s ni ..berat bdn pyh nak turun..so teringin nak join gym..kebetulan ada plak pihak gym call utk bg free trial..dh agree utk try..tp lom sempat lg nak gi gym..plan nak gi gym time weekday time tak de kelas..sbb weekend memang tak de masa nak gi gym..mr hubby keje sabtu..now bkn hlf day tp sabtu keje full day plak..ahad pun kdg2 pegi keje..
monthly kena byr RM168 kalau nak join..unlimited access--celebrity fitness gym kat wangsa walk...
risau kalau byr then tak de masa nak pegi..tak ker burnt duit tu jdnya..1st payment RM400+ gak..so lom buat decision nak join ker tak..

and kat my faculty pun ada aerobic class..twice a week..timing 5.30 pm..rasa sukar nak join sbb rutin me amik anak2..3 org anak ..my zharfan abis sek dekat2 pukul 5 everyday...
sampai umah biasanya dh dekat pukul 6...lately tak masak langsung...tapau jer..

apa2 pun me sgt2 bersyukur dgn my life..happy jer..cuma stress sbb berat bdn tak mau turun..wpun jaga gak mkn ni..masih mkn nasi tp ciput jer nasi waktu lunch..but that's not good enuff to cut off my carbo intake..


pic hiasan...penghibur hati di kala stress..tu my latest charms..disney collection..pre-order dari USA...alahai...when i stress..i shop..when i shop..i stress sbb abis duit hahhahah

bebelan di tghari...jap lg ada meeting..
blog dh mula bersawang...tak reti nak manage masa utk berblog dh..
