Sana sini entry, pic, video pasal remaja perempuan nak bunuh diri kat KB Mall | Attempted suicide is a crime under Malaysia Penal Code!!

malas me nak tulis entry psl remaja perempuan yg pendek akal nak terjun bangunan kat KB Mall tu--sbb putus cinta...buat malu ore kelate ajer..*sigh

anyway, me masih ingat, time me study law (undergraduate) kat UIA dulu...memang ada peruntukan undang2 under Penal Code of Malaysia (kanun jenayah)...kalau didapati bersalah, those yg buat cubaan nak bunuh diri ni boleh dihukum up to setahun penjara or denda or both--memang patut pun kan..
tapi.....

ha, ada tapi tu..

undang2 atas kertas ajer, tak pernah dikuatkuasakan pun...

Section 309 of the Penal Code stated that anyone guilty of attempted suicide could face imprisonment of up to a year or fined or both. To date, this section has never been enforced by the police. According to Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar “…attempted suicide, as a crime, was unlike other illicit acts and needed to be dealt with delicately”. Therefore, it was remains to date as a law only.

Emm..kat Msia byk law yg on paper ajer, tak dikuatkuasakan...

kalau jd berleluasa attempted suicide ni, me rasa memang WAJIB kita enforcelah law ni...apa guna law without implementation..

note : mati bunuh diri konpem masuk neraka...ada org tak tau ker..
