sambil puasa sambil diet..berkesan ker...

bdn me jenis senang gain weight...and sejak dtg UK,  me mkn dgn jayanya..alasan sejuk-winter..now summer pun sejuk gak..so far me dh gain around 4-5 kilos dari berat asal me masa mula2 dtg cni...kes bahaya ni....kena bertindak sekarang :p

me kalau bln puasa biasanya akan loss weight 2-3 kilos..tp tu those past years lah..
and bln puasa kali ni, terasa mcm nak diet sikit2..
so sbb tgh bersemangat nak diet, me pun beli benda ni..

.me beli kat Boots Pharmacy..tak tau le berkesan ke tak..ala2 supplement drinks ajer ni..
belum try minum pun lg//elok jer jd hiasan kat dapur me tu...

me start with refraining from taking rice..or even kalau mkn pun, cikit jer...sbb for me, nasi faktor penyumbang weight gain :p

best kan those yg tak de prob berat bdn..mcm Puan Bunga and Isabelle--tu some yg me kenal from blogger frens lah....

insyaallah berkesan. I punt tengah cuba jaya ni..but for me, i can't avoid rice for iftar, cuma sahur i replace dengan milk shake herbalife + 3 biji kurma dan 2 slice roti/pau/sayur/lauk yang tak habis berbuka..harap2 berjaya la..hehe

nak diet ke?? member ada cakap klu nak diet, berbuka tu jgn amik heavy sbb pastu kite tidur kan.. time sahur tu boleh la heavy sebab siang hari kite bergerak, so makanan terhadam.. eceh, macamkan saye ni kurus wakakaak

Selamat berdiet suzie! Betul tu, kalo musim sejuk masa intan kat UK dulu pon mmg rasa lapar je manjang...ekeke :D

Tapi kan den mmg tak leh dipisahkan ngan nasi...tu yg makin bam-bam skrg nie...huwaaaa :(

me plak badan susah nak naik, tapi senang turun..... esok lusa ada pemeriksaan fizikal untuk jawatan penguasa imigresen. i have to weigh at least 46kg. seems impossible!!!! adoyai!!! naper la buat lam bulan posa.....!!!

nway, the drink looks nice!!! apa rasanya....????

eira kalu namaya susu memang x minat sgt..
kalu nak diet pun x mkn nasi.. tp kalu dah lapar sgt. melantak jgak nasi.heheh
